奉獻為自願性捐獻，用以支持神學教育與福音事工，因此一般情況下不提供退款。若您因操作錯誤等情況需要申請退款，請於付款後14日內聯繫我們，我們將審慎處理：
退款申請可能成立的情況包括：
- 重複奉獻
- 金額輸入錯誤
- 未經授權或疑似詐騙交易
※ 若已開立奉獻收據，退款後該收據即失效，請勿用於稅務用途。
二、活動報名費與退款
若您報名參加透過本網站舉辦的活動（如講座、募款餐會、培靈會等），活動報名費退款原則如下：
- 報名期限內（依各活動公告為準）取消者，可申請全額或部分退款。
- 逾期取消或未出席者，恕不提供退款，除非因不可抗力（如突發災難、主辦單位取消活動）或經本院認可的特殊理由。
- 若活動有特殊退款政策（如不可退款活動），將以活動頁面公告為準。
退款將退回原付款方式，並於核准後10個工作日內處理完成。
三、第三方支付平台與手續費說明
為保障資安與便利，本院金流均經由第三方支付網關（如 Stripe）處理。若您需退款，我們將協助處理，但敬請了解：由於支付網關政策，金流手續費部分無法退還，還請您見諒並感謝您的支持與理解。
四、無實體商品退貨
本網站不販售實體商品，亦無適用之退貨條件。本政策適用於金錢奉獻與活動相關報名費用。

Refund and Returns Policy
Effective Date: July 10, 2025
LOGOS Evangelical Seminary appreciates your generous support and participation. This website (giving.les.edu) accepts both donations and payments for selected events. The following outlines our refund policy for each.
1. Donation Refunds
Donations are voluntary gifts that support our mission and ministry. As such, donations are generally non-refundable. However, if a donation was made in error, please contact us within 14 days and we will review your request in good faith.
Refunds may be approved for:
- Duplicate donations
- Incorrect donation amounts
- Unauthorized or fraudulent transactions
※ If a tax-deductible receipt has already been issued, it will be voided if a refund is granted.
2. Event Payments and Cancellations
For events such as banquets, seminars, or conferences with registration fees processed through this website:
- Cancellations made within the registration period (as posted for each event) may be eligible for a full or partial refund.
- Late cancellations or no-shows will not be refunded unless due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., emergency, cancellation by organizer) and at the Seminary’s discretion.
- If an event has a non-refundable policy (e.g., ticketed events), such terms will be clearly stated on the registration page.
Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 10 business days after approval.
3. Third-Party Payment Gateways & Processing Fees
To ensure security and convenience, all online payments are processed through third-party payment gateways (such as Stripe). If a refund is approved, we will assist you through the proper process. Please understand that payment processing fees charged by the gateway are non-refundable, and the final refund amount may be slightly less than the original payment. We thank you for your understanding and support.
4. No Physical Product Returns
We do not sell or ship physical goods through this site. This policy applies solely to online donations and event registration fees.
